This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include the following:
- Design and Develop preventative monitoring/correlation solution for Command Center operation
- Connects dots between infrastructure metrics and employee experiences
- Provide technical assistance to improve system performance, capacity, reliability and scalability
- Developing across the full stack of Web technologies Service now platform, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Working in a Scrum-based Agile development process that is light on documentation and meetings and heavy on coding
- Designing and implement software that is simple, intuitive and easy to use that will allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific business needs
- Write documentation and tests for code

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Strong work experience in web applications management
- Python, Java, Powershell and Unix/Linux
- JavaScript
- Experience with event management rules/workflow for monitoring tools or other data sources and server/database platforms
- Experience in designing and development of data collection and pipelines
- Strong English skills (min B2 level)
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience within ServiceNow
- HTML, CSS
