The Data Analyst is required to convert business requirements into innovative products which realize tangible Value for the CH Supply Chain. Working in agile delivery team to iteratively design, build and implement a BI platform infrastructure in collaboration with Lead Technical Architect. This work will lay the foundation of key architecture building blocks for the future BI platform and the usage of Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Teams, PBI, power apps…) etc.  
This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. 

These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Business & Software Problem Solving:  
  • Problem Solving Analysis around Data Analytics (PBI) and Microsoft tools  
  • Business Support Activities & Lifecycle of the applications  
  • Development and maintenance of Deep.BI platform infrastructure 
  • Continuous improvement of operation processes and procedures, focusing on engineering approach and automation tools development 
  • Building Data transformation and Reporting pipelines 
  • Product Evolution:  
  • Support Proof of Concept with new technology 
  • Benchmark new technology with existing landscape  
  • Propose evolution to next steps, & implement the new solution 
  • Experience of delivering projects and products in agile way 
  • Building and maintaining high-performance, fault-tolerant, scalable distributed software systems 
  • Experience collaborating and working in a software development environment 
  • Selecting and integrating any Microsoft or other tools and frameworks required to provide requested capabilities 
  • Monitoring performance and advising any necessary infrastructure changes 
  • Defining data retention policies 
  • Support & track any cyber security issues

Basic Qualifications: 
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Knowledge around Devops activities and Experience collaborating and working in a software development environment 
  • Experience/certification around (but not limited):
  • - Visualisation / reporting tools : PBI, Tableau, Knime… 
  • - Microsoft tools : Power Apps, Teams, Sharepoint… 
  • Experience visualizing/presenting data Including transformation of data via Big Data Cloud platform, SQL … 
  • Experience working with and creating data architectures  
  • Experience around business process model and process improvement, 
  • Experience around Project (Agile) & support Activities (ITIL) 

Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Computer related Degree - Statistics, process mining, Mathematics, Sciences etc. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work across teams and engaging and influencing stakeholders
  • Ability to work with global teams
  • Understanding of the supply chain activities from supply to demand area including delivery to customers 
  • Good knowledge of development languages
