Job description

The Global Reporting Centre of Excellence (GR CoE) brings together a team of experienced business process subject matter experts and technical experts in order to deliver engaging, efficient & insightful reporting and analysis solutions based on the rich and diverse data set available through GSK’s global deployment.

We are looking to recruit a BI Finance Specialist role to support the customers of the Global Reporting Center of Excellence.

This is a role that requires technical expertise in Finance Reporting alongside the ability to collaborate with our functional BI SMEs to understand business purpose & requirements to support queries from end users.

How you will contribute to our success:

  • Providing end user support for Power BI, Analysis for Office Excel Packs and SAP BI applications.
  • Guarantee that BI Reports users receive structured and timely support.
  • Guarantee that queries are being raised in Service Now
  • Oversee the access provisioning for Power BI in Sail Point
  • Engage with Tech teams to solve complex requests.
  • Provide advice, guidance, and assistance in the implementation of strategic CERPs BI aims.


  • Qualified Accountant and/or Information technology qualification or equivalent training and experience
  • Experienced finance professional with SAP BI process experience
  • Experience of management reporting, financial planning, SAP reporting tools (ideally including Lumira and Business Explorer), Power BI and Excel.
  • Track record of building stakeholder relationships in a global, cross-functional context.
  • Ability to work independently & manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent spoken and written English
