QA Manager

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager who will join our team - we are collaborating with an EU institution. The project is short-term (lasting one year) and starts on 01/01/2025.

Requirements:

• Managing two teams of testers, overseeing both manual and automated testing processes.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies using tools such as Postman, Jmeter, and automation frameworks with Selenium and Cucumber.
• Created and updated test cases using Jira (Sephyr).
• Providing mentorship and leadership to team members, ensuring high-quality output and fostering professional growth.
• Assigning tasks and coordinating efforts between the two teams to ensure optimal productivity and seamless collaboration.
• Authored testing documentation and maintained quality assurance for legacy applications.
• C1/C2 English.
