Job description
Gravete is a young, fast growing international startup in the field of small ad aggregation with a focus on Marketing and Big Data / Artificial Intelligence.
At the moment we are looking for a IT Product Manager
Workplace: Poznań
What you bring to the team:
- At least three years of experience in project management in the IT industry
- Ability to create acceptance criteria and test scenarios
- Monitoring team performance
- Motivating and supporting team members in their assigned tasks
- Ability to respond to any team's difficulties in timely implementation of the project
- Ability to create effective solutions
- Experience in managing the development team
- Fluent in English
- You’re leading the team and product process with ease: from idealization to development and maintenance
- You can transfer complex topics and projects into easy-to-understand messages and you have a strong communication skill
- Ability to influence UX design creatively—simplify and innovate
- Highly communicative and able to find common language with people of diverse background and personality
- Show huge deal of pro-activeness and determination to help your team achieve common goals
- Great team player and facilitator
- Stress-resistant and able to manage other people expectations
- Set-up and lead project teams composed of Backend, Front-End and Full-Stack Developers, supported by QA Specialists and Designers to help them create awesome software as per our clients requirement
- Support our BD team in building and maintaining long-term relationships as well as kick-off brand new projects from incoming clients and take care of their satisfaction from working with us
- Knowledge of Startup Business Life cycle, Startups idea and evolution - that’s just what we do!
