This a 100% remote job.
We are a Norwegian and Polish consultancy company which provides customers with unparalleled ability to not only create software but, most importantly, create products. This means we value the outcome (successful product) more than the output (code) and we expect the same from the people we work with.
This is why this role is called a "product engineer", not just "engineer". Your number 1 goal is to help create a successful product even if it means creating less code, removing code, creating quick and dirty prototypes which we might remove or abandoning a feature altogether. The way we build products is through continuously prototyping and exploring different solutions and then crystallising the chosen path.
We are a small team of 7 at the moment so it's cozy. And you have direct and large impact on the success of our joint team.
