• Zero to one. As one of the founding members of the engineering team, you'll have influence and ownership over large parts of the product, the codebase, and the company. You'll be working directly with Product and Design to constantly maintain a balance between delivering value to our customers quickly and building a maintainable foundation that will be durable for years to come.

What you'll do 👩‍🏫

• Build and deploy internal tooling to ensure that our engineering team can continue to ship code quickly, safely, and in a fully automated manner.
• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Support our product team with tools that help create scalable, secure, and resilient services.
• Own our disaster recovery strategy and implementation.

What we look for 👀

• Experience with
  • AWS and Cloud Architecture
  • infrastructure-as-code
  • container orchestration tooling.
• Experience with scripting languages and managing Linux systems.
• Experience troubleshooting distributed systems.
• Demonstrable experience in evaluating different technologies and tools and able to discuss merits/trade-offs for their use in our Platform.
• Previous experience in other high-growth startups is a big plus for us, but not essential.
• [Bonus] Ability to build momentum around Production Excellence.
• To be based in the UK/Europe (GMT to GMT+2) and happy to work in a remote team.
