SALARY
UoP: 5 000 - 9 000 PLN gross/month
B2B: 6 000 - 10 500 PLN net/month

We are looking for someone who is more than an excellent tester - someone who can help developers be great testers as well
Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing automated & performance tests for application features
- Creating test cases / test plans / reports / strategies for automated tests
- Reviewing software requirements
- Executing manual tests
- Creating automation tests (Selenium with Python, BDD approach)
- Creating and executing API level tests (Postman)
- Supporting your manager. Providing daily/ weekly status on project progression, providing suggestions to improve efficiency on daily basis and so on
- Cooperating with developers
- Interacting with customers to understand product requirements
- Take care of quality in projects in our company. Educating developers how to test their own features to match the production quality standards
- Help with revamping the processes. Spreading successful ideas and solutions to other teams within the company
Requirements:
- Experience as a QA Engineer/ Quality Assurance/ Tester/ Quality Consultant or similar roles (1+ year experience)
- Knowledge of programming languages (preferably Python)
- Experience of hands-on test automation using tools like Selenium
- Experience with developing automated API test scripts (Postman, PyTest)
- Technical experience with: Git, Cucumber, BDD
- Willingness to learn new things (technologies, programming languages, tools)
- Fluent English - ablility to communicate and read & write the documentation
- In-depth knowledge of defect management tools (i.e. JIRA, TestRail)
- Capability of finding solutions on your own
- Advanced understanding of testing principles and methodologies, software development lifecycles & processes
- A spirit of collaboration and transparent communication
- Technically oriented, proactive and enthusiastic mindset with extreme attention to detail
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of reports tools & frameworks like Allure, Serenity
- Fundamentals of performance tests with JMeter/ Locust
- Understanding of Page Object Pattern
- Technical experience with: Jenkins, AWS and Docker
- Experience with SQL
- Knowledge of Behave framework
