Your role in the team
You’ll be testing the integration of Marketing Products with our cloud-based Big Data platform – including machine learning and advanced analytics capabilities we want to use to optimise marketing campaigns. We are agile but we need you to have the ability to document a Technical Test Strategy that defines the approach and the level of quality we want to achieve.
Our team work mainly in AWS or Google Cloud and may do same work in our private cloud environment. This is a superb opportunity to learn about Cloud technologies, Big Data and Marketing tools. So if you don’t already have experience using them, we can teach you.
Skills needed
Essential
- 2+ years of professional experience in software testing
- Technical experience in JavaScript (ES6) programming, front and/or back-end
- Third party software integration experience
- Experience in automated software testing through unit/functional/integration test suites
- Agile mindset and practice in software development process e.g. Scrum, Kanban, TDD, BDD
- Desire to learn modern technologies for marketing, big data and analytics
Desirable
- Knowledge of Java and/or Python is a plus
- Experience in marketing focused tech or related digital experience capabilities is a plus
- Experience with any of the major cloud providers (i.e. AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus
