Your role in the team
- You will be using agile engineering practices and modern development technologies, you’ll transform design into a user-friendly product, giving feedback and suggesting trade-offs when required
- Working closely with other team members you’ll craft clear user stories, write both unit and integration tests, and continuously deliver product enhancements
- Setting up tech standards for Gaming products in cooperation with other senior developers
- Designing, implementing & documenting solutions in collaboration with developers, solutions architects and applications architect
- Responsible for the recruitment of developers & continuous improvement of recruitment process
- Driving improvements in KPI's (code quality, defects, performance, security, resiliency)
- Planning & pre-planning sessions with PO, BA, Architect. Translate non-technical and technical requirements to appropriate audiences
Skills needed
- Very deep knowledge about JavaScript (ES5, ES6) and technologies such as Angular, React, Node.JS
- Hands on experience in a cloud solution either on-premise or public cloud
- You’re familiar with best programming practices, principles, patterns and optimization techniques
- You’ve got ability to think prospectively about technology
- Attitude to seeking for improvements and pushing for quality
- You’re open to mentor less experience team members
- You’re self-reliant, communicative, accurate
