Middle QA Automation Engineer (Java)

What You’ll Be Driving:

• Analyzing and documenting features of the product and business requirements;

• Working in a cross-functional team to guarantee the quality of developed systems;

• Taking part in continuous improvements of QA processes in the team; Developing, maintaining and executing automation tests of all levels; Developing and maintaining automation frameworks;

• Taking part in release preparations (planning, re-testing, regression testing, post-deploy support);

• Collaborating with other teams;

• Being an active member of the team, suggesting improvements of the processes to increase the quality of the product and performance of the team;

• Rooting causes analysis of failed tests and report issues to take corrective actions.

What Makes You a GR8 Fit:

• 2+ years of experience in test automation using Java;

• Strong knowledge of Java 11+, JavaScript/TypeScript, Playwright, Appium, and JUnit;

• Proficiency in Docker containerization, including Docker Compose;

• Hands-on experience in test automation for web and native iOS/Android applications;

• Skilled in setting up jobs and pipelines in GitLab or other CI tools;

• Good understanding of microservices architecture and concepts;

• Expertise in integration testing;

• Strong communication and investigative skills;

• At least an Intermediate level of English.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3);

• Experience with Rancher.
