    About your key responsibilities and impact:

    Internal Program Management:

    • Overseeing the program management of our sportsbook set of products;
    • Defining program scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives;
    • Developing and maintaining detailed program plans, timelines, and resource allocation;
    • Monitoring program progress and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets;
    • Identifying and managing program risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies.


    External Delivery Management:

    • Managing the successful and timely external delivery of sports products for our clients (PaaS solutions);
    • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.


    Team Management:

    • Leading and mentoring a team of project managers (6 people as of now);
    • Overseeing a complex team setup (60+ people);
    • Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project and program delivery;
    • Conducting performance evaluations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement;
    • Establishing good relations with cross-functional teams in other business units.


    Essential professional experience:

    • 5+ years of technical program management experience, including leading teams of 40+ FTEs;
    • Upper intermediate level of proficiency in English and Ukrainian language.
    • Developing and mentoring subordinate managers (3+ people);
    • Experience in building products and delivering services, understanding the differences;
    • Establishing processes from scratch and improving existing ones in both environments;
    • Ability to navigate in large (hundreds of people) cross-functional organisations and reach agreements with other units and departments;
    • Demonstrated negotiation skills;
    • Planning, execution, and reporting skills, along with facilitating unit-wide processes;

    Desirable skills and personal features:

    • Demonstrating common sense, a sense of ownership, and strong communication capabilities;
    • Having a good understanding of the Technical Program Management role in product and service environments;
    • Being a quick learner and not afraid of context-rich industries and complex team setups;
    • Having experience in managing managers;
    • Entrepreneurship experience is very welcome;
    • Employing a Getting Things Done (GTD) approach and being an effective integrator.
