Job description
As a UX designer at Goyello you will making informed design decisions that meet user needs, business requirements and technical constraints. You will taking a user-centered approach and rapidly test and iterate design ideas. Taking design briefs and working iteratively on the best possible solution. You will running product workshops with clients and facilitating Design Sprints, applying user testing methods to validate product hypotheses and many, many others.
Required experience and skills:
- 1-3 years’ experience in UX and interaction design (please provide portfolio or demonstration of skill set).
- Understanding of UX design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency using rapid prototyping tool of choice.
- Basic experience in user testing.
- Basic digital analytics knowledge, such as Google Analytics or similar platform.
- Good communication skills in English.
The Ideal Candidate has:
- Empathy for Users.
- Ability to give and accept feedback.
- Experience in working in Agile environment.
- UX/UI design portfolio.
- Strong passion for user experience and product design.
- Analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills to describe design processes, ideas, and solutions to both team and the client
- Knowledge about lean UX methodology and iterative approach to product development.
