What would you do? 

• design, develop and improve digital products, processes, and user paths.
• take care of customer experience (User Experience).
• excellent skills in User Interface Design backed by a portfolio.
• create information architecture, prototypes, and mock-ups.
• audit and optimize existing digital solutions.
• experience in creating mobile and web applications 
• work with developers to ship & optimize digital products.
• participate in project meetings and workshops with clients.
• educate clients and present projects to them.
• cooperate with the strategy department to create UX strategy, conduct research, and implement Product Discovery.
• help to create a culture of cooperation (both inside the organization and with the client).
• ability to evaluate and plan the design process
• attention to project aesthetics (skilful use of UI design principles)

What do we require?

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience – showcased in a portfolio
• communication skills
• motivation and cooperation skills
• result orientation – being both, business and customer-oriented
• knowledge of UX/UI design for web services and mobile applications
• independence in decision making
• interest in design trends and new technologies
• communicative level of English and Polish
• ability to respond quickly to design challenges and propose alternative solutions

What can you expect from us?

• flexible working hours – you can start between 7 A.M and 11 A.M
• hybrid work - during your 3-month trial period, we would like you to be in the office at least 1 every 2 weeks. After this period, you will be required to come to the office only in exceptional circumstances, unless you like us so much that you decide to move to Lodz!
