Job description
We're GogoApps, Warsaw-based software house, maintaining an everlasting passion for developing web and mobile applications. We began as a VC-backed startup, but now we’ve evolved into a company providing software development and design for clients all around the world. We promise you irreplaceable atmosphere and daily improvement. Currently, we are looking for NodeJS Developer to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Write clean, maintainable and efficient code
- Work on secure, robust and scalable architecture and features
- Maintain and refactor of the existing codebase
- Testing your own code
- Cooperating with frontend and mobile developers
Must have:
- Very good knowledge of JavaScript
- 1+ years of experience in Node.js
- Perfect understanding of common design patterns
- Strong knowledge of software architectural topics
- Understanding of design principles behind a scalable application
- Knowledge of TypeScript
- Experience with unit/e2e/integration testing
- Fluency with GIT usage
- Experience in SCRUM
- Communicative English
Good to have:
- Experience in Express-based applications
- Experience in creating various APIs
- Knowledge of security topics regarding the APIs and the web applications
- AWS, Azure or other cloud services
- Experience in enterprise-class projects
- Experience with modern web apps: SPAs, JS with frameworks and libs like Angular, React or similar
- Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3
