In this role you will:
- Be responsible for the project process, development team and accountable for the delivery.
- Report project progress to the clients.
- Support the development teams.
- Coordinate estimations and other project activities.
- Keep track of project quality metrics.
- Manage project finances.

We are looking for:
- 2-4 years experience as an SM in commercial projects in the IT industry - must have.
- Understanding Agile project management concepts (not only SCRUM).
- Grasp of the product and project lifecycles.
- Knack for product management.
- Scrum Master Certificate (AgilePM, PMI-ACP, etc. - nice to have).
- Proficiency in English and high communication skills.
- Proactive self-starter, able to work efficiently in remote teams.
- Knowledge of tools: Jira, Slack.
- Being legally authorized to work in Poland.
