    We are seeking a Senior/Principal Product Designer to craft compelling user experiences for our gamers and publishers, driving our future innovation and success.

    Job requirements:

    • 5+ years of professional experience in creating digital products, preferably within the ecommerce, B2C and gaming industries
    • Proficiency in working with design systems and familiarity with modern design and user research tools such as Figma, Hotjar, Google Analytics and other product analytics platforms 
    • Utilizing data analytics and user feedback to inform and support design decisions, ensuring that the user experience is both intuitive and effective.
    • Experience in working closely with Product Managers and Engineers at all stages of the design process, from initial analysis, workshops, sketches, ideas, and concepts through to user research, prototyping, and the final delivery of designs
    • Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive design strategies that align with business goals and enhance the overall user experience
    • Strong presentation, storytelling, and collaboration skills, with excellent English proficiency.
    • Ability to mentor junior designers and contribute to a positive design culture.
    • Previous experience in the gaming industry or a strong passion for games and gaming culture
    • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better collaborate with developers is a plus


    Responsibilities:

    • Act as a creative driving force by seeking out unusual and boldly original solutions to ambiguous design challenges, pushing the boundaries of conventional thinking.
    • Together with your squad, define and execute the overall user experience for GOG, from long-term product vision to detailed tactical features for gamers and publishers.
    • Plan, conduct, and synthesize various user research methods (e.g., usability studies, A/B testing, focus groups, surveys) to deeply understand our users and inform the business.
    • Helping to translate business requirements into user stories: designing wireframes, screens, and interactive prototypes
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create and implement the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
    • Continuously innovate on our user experience across the organization and maintain high design standards.

    • Remuneration depends on experience: 13000 - 19400 (Senior Product Designer)
    • Remuneration depends on experience: 18200 - 27200 (Principal Product Designer)
