System Analyst

In Goelett, we are an extraordinary mix of travel industry experts, product, and software engineers, developing a successful online booking tool for corporations and large organizations. Today, as a part of the S4BT (Solutions for Business Travel) group, we support 500k+ business users making thousands of bookings a day. We are seeking a System Analyst who is keen on working within a product development team, has a background in system and integration analysis, and is ready to take on a dynamic career opportunity by driving requirements analysis, resolving system issues, and enhancing product functionalities!

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and preparing functional specs.

• Managing specific components of the product backlog.

• Troubleshooting bugs and system issues by identifying root causes. 🛠️

• Spotting opportunities and addressing challenges from market changes, business strategy shifts, user behavior, client needs, and evolving regulatory requirements.

• Overseeing development, QA, and deployments to ensure quality and goals are met.

• Working closely in an agile squad and syncing with stakeholders.

• Supporting project planning: defining tasks, estimating effort, managing risks.

• Sharing knowledge and promoting best practices across the team. 💡

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in agile product development.

• 5+ years in system/business/integration analysis or product management/design.

• Degree in Computer Science or similar field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience in system integration analysis & design.

• Working skills in system, business and requirements analysis tools and practices.

• Knowledge of information security & privacy.

• Understanding of software development, UX/UI, and IT service management.

• English proficiency (B2+). 🌍
