We are expanding our teams in the defence sector to take on Frontex projects.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

In our team you will provide support for projects for a European institution, concerning security and border control activities.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and deliver system components (front-end), based on the analysis of the customer’s functional and non-functional requirements.
• Working across the organisation with product managers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide input as part of a dedicated scrum team for the development of features and services.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support regarding bugs, or other development issues.
• Maintain parts of the entire code baseline (UI, extensions etc.).
• Write and update technical documentation.
• Optimise the software from performance, security, and quality point of views (front-end).

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

We are looking for experienced Angular developer with:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of professional hands-on experience in Web applications development as front-end developer.
• Has actively participated in at least 4 projects as front-end developer.
• Sound UI development experience with Angular, TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Certificate Services and related components
• Hands-on experience in working with npm, Git, JUnit, Jenkins, and IntelliJ IDEA
• Experience working with Azure DevOps.
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile.

We will also value:

• Personal Security Clearance at EU-CONFIDENTIAL level or above.
• Experience with HTML 5, CSS, JQuery, JWT or WebSockets.
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL etc.).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Experience with Jenkins, Azure Cloud.
