    Are you a seasoned backend developer with a passion for building scalable e-commerce platforms? We're looking for someone with a robust background in backend technologies and a knack for translating business needs into technical solutions.


    Requirements:

    • Client-Centric Approach: You should have two years of hands-on experience in:
    • Working directly with clients - Only candidates meeting this requirement will be considered.
    • Translating their needs into tangible technical requirements.
    • Delivering projects that meet commercial standards.
    • Core Tech Expertise:
    • Backend Mastery: We use Node.js with Nest.JS for our backend systems. You should have extensive experience in building, scaling, and maintaining efficient backend architectures using these technologies.
    • E-commerce Expertise: Practical experience in developing and optimizing e-commerce platforms is highly desired.
    • Frontend Knowledge:
    • Next.js Experience: While your primary focus will be on backend development, knowledge of Next.js for frontend tasks will be beneficial.
    • Language skills:
    • English Proficiency: Fluent communication is key. You should be comfortable at a B2 level, both written and spoken. We'll assess this during our chat.
    • Polish: Polish native is required.
    • Soft Skills: Beyond the code:
    • Collaborative mindset: We work as a team. Sharing knowledge and seeking feedback should be second nature to you.
    • Problem-solving: Hiccups happen. How you address them matters.
    • Clear communication: Can you simplify complex tech jargon for clients or non-tech teammates?
    • Adaptive Thinking: Tech environments are dynamic. Can you adjust your strategies based on new data or unexpected challenges?
    • Proactive Anticipation: Spotting potential roadblocks ahead of time and devising solutions can save a lot of time and resources.
    • We operate in smaller development teams, which is why we require developers to demonstrate independence in decision-making.


    Additional Qualities (Good-to-have):

    • Broader Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with other modern frameworks or tools can be a plus. Let us know if you have any specialties.
    • Agile Experience: If you've worked in agile environments or have been part of scrum teams, it can be advantageous.
    • Portfolio/GitHub: Show us what you've built or contributed to. It always helps to see tangible work.
