✓ creating a reusable code with a constructive code review,

✓ internal / external training extending programming competences,

✓ work on new projects from many industries (possibly as a part of a new department in the company)

✓ pair programming and team work in solving problems,

✓ work in SCRUM

✓ education: higher IT or related

✓ min. annual experience in commercial projects

✓ the ability of designing the REST API

✓ sense of aesthetics - orientation in UX trends

✓ knowledge of Angular 2+: knowledge of Angular's structure, MVC approach, object-oriented approach, knowledge of the SMART / DUMB approach

✓ knowledge of JavaScript: knowledge and use of JavaScript in the latest ES6 / ES7 standard

✓ knowledge of git flow

✓ writing syntax according to the HTML5 standard

✓ basic knowledge of SQL

✓ knowledge of the object oriented paradigm

✓ knowledge of design patterns
