GlobalLogic is inviting an experienced MLOps Engineer to join our engineering team.

As a Senior MLOps Engineer at GlobalLogic, you will play a key role in operationalizing our machine learning workflows and ensuring the smooth deployment and scalability of our ML solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in building and maintaining robust, efficient, and continuously integrated machine learning systems. Collaborating with ML architects, data scientists, and software engineers, you will ensure our ML models are seamlessly integrated into production environments and optimized for performance and scalability.

Requirements:

Requried:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning and data pipeline operations.
• Strong expertise in MLOps tools and frameworks (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX).
• Proficient in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experienced with at least 2 cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their machine learning ecosystems.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with familiarity in other scripting and programming languages.
• In-depth understanding of CI/CD systems and practices, and version control systems like Git.
• Practical knowledge of data management, both structured and unstructured, within distributed computing environments.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including developing ML offering materials and engaging with clients to understand their needs, presenting
• tailored solutions, and demonstrating the potential impact of our ML technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

Preferred:

• Certifications related to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, specifically in machine learning or architecture tracks.
• Experience with real-time data processing and streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Spark Streaming).
• Contributions to open-source projects in the MLOps community.
• Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in a relevant field with publications or presentations in recognized forums.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable machine learning models and algorithms that can process large volumes of data efficiently.
• Lead the development of our ML infrastructure, ensuring it supports both current needs and future growth.
• Support presale PoCs and and project/account staring activities
• Architect and optimize data pipelines for training and deploying machine learning models.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate ML models into production systems.
• Stay abreast of new developments in machine learning, AI, and data science, and assess their applicability to our business needs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ML engineers and data scientists.
• Work with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ML solutions.
