We are looking for experienced Project Managers to join our team in Wroclaw. For several years we are cooperating with one of the biggest global manufacturers of Wireless Modules. Our prime task is to develop and deliver firmware compliant with the newest telecommunication and industry standards. We are a team of specialists responsible for the user interface layer, L2/L3 protocol stack issues, and hardware related area. We guarantee tasks that will give you an impact on the development of the company, sense of responsibility and satisfaction. Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Leader or Project Manager of software projects
- At least 2 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer (preferably within embedded projects)
- Higher Education in the fields of information technologies or project management
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work with tools supporting teamwork
- Ability to acquire knowledge
- Responsibility and independence in decision-making
- Presentation skills
- Experience in working with a geographically dispersed team
- Interpersonal skills for building good relationships with the team
- Skills of analytical thinking and problem solving
- Ability to take responsibility for the tasks realization and high-quality assurance
- Effective communication skills (related to both task realization and progress reporting)
- Fulfilling commitments and willingness to show initiative

Responsibilities
- Evaluation of a customer's needs
