We are looking for an ambitious Manager who is ready to take projects under control and be responsible for the successful delivery on time within budget and scope. Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector
- Experience in managing complex engineering projects, including building teams, managing budgets and client management (preferably in the outsourcing sector)
- Experience in software development with Scrum/Agile methodology
- Very good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build good relationships with the team and client
- Ability to take responsibility for the tasks realization and high-quality assurance
- Effective communication skills (related to both task realization and progress reporting)
- Fulfilling commitments and willingness to show initiative
- Ability to acquire knowledge quickly
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Higher Education in the fields of information technologies or project management is an asset
Responsibilities
- Track and manage project execution from initiation to the delivery phase
- Provide a high quality of the delivery level
- Manage project changes, efforts and risks proactively
- Implement continues improvement initiatives
- Provide appropriate reports in a timely manner
- Gather and process customer feedback
- Participate in activities in order to build a project team in cooperation with the customer
