Job description

We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer. We do a project where we're creating new and integrating an existing component that grants standard and advanced functionalities for next-generation electric cars. As a Junior Software Engineer, you will be a part of the team working in close cooperation with a customer, which is a Tier 1 supplier for the major German carmakers. Requirements

Degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering
Experience with a complete life-cycle of a software system
At least 1 year of experience in C and C++ languages
Knowledge of the concept of the signal
Understanding a component-based software development
Understanding of the software configuration tools
Familiarity with version control systems
Critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

Creating the software detailed design
Creating the source code in accordance with the software design and software requirements
Creating the documentation of the software
Creating the unit tests and validating the code correctness under different circumstances
Fixing bugs and optimizing the existing code
Meeting with clients and the software design team to determine software specifications
