Requirements:

• Coordinate cross-functional cooperation within Onboarding Process between TAG, HR, Finance, IT, and ES Teams;
• Oversee the onboarding process for newcomers within the EMEA region, helping to define and improve the process, inspect documentation, and ensure onboarding requirements are completed by newcomers, Finance, HR, IT & ES teams;
• Facilitate newcomers orientation on the first day at the company;
• Assist HR & Finance teams in gathering the required documentation for successful onboarding;
• Ensure newcomers have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software;
• Preparing analytical and informational materials if needed;

Job Responsibilities:

• Proven work experience as an Onboarding Specialist or in a relevant coordination role;
• Solid communication skills (verbal and written);
• An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information;
• Knowledge and experience with administrative procedures- minimum one year;
• Ability to maintain organization, multi-task, and prioritize to manage assignments/projects within deadlines;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Exhibits initiative, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team;
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills;
