We are looking for Junior DevOps Engineer! Apply and join our GlobalLogic Team!
Our customer is an international company with headquarters in the USA, a manufacturer and a globally recognized leader in multiple electronics domains. These include, but are not limited to the IoT, large-scale corporate networking, Data Center solutions, etc.

Requirements:
- About 1 year of experience in a similar position (Junior DevOps Engineer, IT Administrator, etc.)
- Understanding of SW Development process
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Dockers familiarity (Container solutions)
- Monitoring solution familiarity (i.e ELK / Elasticstack / Elasticsearch / Fluentd / Logstash / Kibana / Grafana)
- Experience in Linux on administration level (Ubuntu / Debian or Centos / RHEL / RedHat)
- Familiar with Infrastructure as a code concept (IaaS) (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, CHEF, Saltstack, TerraGrunt)
- Demonstrated ability to write scripts in Python and/or other script languages (Shell/Perl/Bash/PHP, etc.)
- Troubleshooting, problem-solving, multi-tasking, open-minded
- Client-oriented approach
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in Agile methodology principles with emphasis on release engineering functions
- Good communication skills
- Good verbal and written English
Job Responsibilities:
- Continuous Integration
- Maintenance of the development and test environment. Setting up new test equipment/configurations
- Provide SW Configuration Management administration to Dev teams
- Set up and configure SW build systems for individual projects, manage and control the SW build procedure
- Work closely with Dev teams on all SCM aspects in projects
- Work out and maintain SW builds standards, procedures and guidelines
- Collaboration with local support providers and the central Helpdesk
- Regression testing and features testing of internal builds prepared during code development
- Creating appropriate documentation in English
- Design, develop, maintain and enhance SW build systems, incl. build system automation and continuous integration
- Taking part in planning/backlog grooming/retrospection sessions if needed,
- Communication regularly on status and progress
