We are looking for candidates who would like to begin their career in requirements engineering. If you have strong motivation to learn, focus to details and you are not afraid of challenging completely unknown area – join us! Requirements
- High capability to work in a team
- Preferable fields of studies: IT, Econometrics, Economy, Management, Statistics, Maths, etc.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills (capability of abstraction and simplification, recognize dependencies, weaknesses and risks)
- Good knowledge of English
Nice to have
- Knowledge of automotive/ASPICE
Responsibilities
- Participation in IT Analyst Academy by active learning of Software Requirements Engineering theory and tools, UML, methodologies, processes and automotive know-how
- Participation in IT Analyst Academy by performing practical tasks (in groups and individually)
- Maintaining and developing requirements specification
- Acquiring technical knowledge related to given products
- Analyzing both requirements and documentation (i.e. standards, tables, word and excel documents)
- Identifying and creating requirements, based on received input and team members
- Attending technical meetings with team members in order to identify and clarify conflicts and issues with requirements
- Regular contacts with technical Buddies, project manager and all technical roles within the project team (e.g, requirements engineers, system architect, test manager, developers etc.)
