Job description

Being part of our Team you will be responsible for the design and development of automotive functional safety solutions (semiconductors). We create firmware for embedded automotive functionalities on various hardware architectures e.g. ARM and custom platforms. We help prepare products for functional safety certification (expected is ASIL-B). We closely cooperate with customer’s cross-domain teams spread worldwide.

Employment type: UoP (preferred)

Salary ranges: 15000 - 25000 PLN gross (UoP)

Requirements

3+ years experience working to ISO 26262, specifically focussed on Part 6, Product Development at the software Level
In-depth knowledge of all parts of ISO26262
Experience with use of functional safety tools a plus Understanding and experience of the process for software tool qualification
Understanding and experience of the implications for integrating software items developed as safety elements out of context
Practical experience of developing Technical Safety Concepts, safety plans and software safety requirements
Experience of using formal requirement management tools such as DOORS is beneficial but not essential
Knowledge and execution of software quality and processes such as Automotive SPICE
A good understanding of embedded software development tools and processes

Responsibilities

Analyze customer requirements specification and derive safety requirements
Perform the Functional Safety analysis with customer team
Document and maintain the Systems Safety Analysis Plan and the Systems Safety Analysis Report
Calculate and track safety metrics
Develop the Technical Functional Safety concept
Perform reviews and assessments for safety documents, verifications
Planning, coordination, and documentation of all safety activities and work products according to ISO 26262
Interface to the customer in an international team
