The vacancy:

We are looking for very motivated and self driven individual to look after one of our projects. You would ideally have proven experience in managing complex IT projects and good record of building strong relationships with customers.

Duties and responsibilities: 

  • Leading project planning sessions
  • Coordinating staff and internal resources
  • Managing project progress and adapt work as required
  • Ensuring projects meet deadlines
  • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Designing and signing off on contracts
  • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
  • Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
  • Designing risk mitigation plan
  • Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
  • Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
  • Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
  • Managing diverse teams

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience as IT Project Manager
  • Thorough understanding of project management phases,techniques and tools:

                          • Initiate
                          • Prepare: definition/scope/requirements
                          • Execute & Control: scope, workplans, resources, deliverables,  
                            Q/A,  transition planning, etc.
                          • Close: completion and assessment

  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Capacity to manage high-stress situations
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
  • Experience in Scrum, Agile methodologies (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS)
  • Leadership skills
  • Big-picture thinking and vision
  • Attention to detail
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
