Are you looking for an opportunity to contribute your talents and project management skills to the growth and success of a hyper-growth, pre-IPO product?

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Warsaw, Poland, who will match our ambitions and help us Better ourselves to achieve our goals. In this exciting role, you will be accountable for the overall success of the geo-compliance and anti-fraud projects! You will work in a dynamic environment with a friendly team of high-level specialists. Moreover, you will have an opportunity to work with an international team, with colleagues in Canada, the US, and Vietnam!

As a Project Manager, you will use your expertise to develop and maintain project plans, procedures and documentation for the Risk Research team in Poland and Data Analytics, Risk Analytics in Vietnam. Also, you will participate in weekly prioritization meetings, and help with organizing day-to-day work. You will be helping the Senior Risk Manager to make sure that all goals and objectives of these teams are met. Additionally, you will communicate with business and development teams to ensure smooth operations and meet the business objectives.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Develop project plans, monitor and track progress;
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives,  involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
  • Define clear OKRs and progress reports for the business team;
  • Participate in weekly prioritization meetings and ensure that team deadline are followed;
  • Track the implementation of project improvements and perform risk management;
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;
  • Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule;
  • Ensure comprehensive project documentation is created and maintained;
  • Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel;
  • Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions;
  • Recruit and train exceptional employees to fulfill posted positions within the technical department;
  • Research new features, plan and analyze requirements while actively sharing key findings and technical expertise with stakeholders;
  • Ensure the continuous delivery process is in place with a certain level of quality;
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the organization;
  • Actively seek to share expertise with others;
  • Follow the best practices and processes established in the team.
 
About You
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT project management in the capacity of a complex Product/PM office role; 
  • Proficient in the latest project management software, workflows and tools;
  • Experience working with teams that are in different locations and time zones;
  • Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head off obstacles;
  • Strong leadership abilities and excellent attention to detail;
  • Good analytical and strategic skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills;
  • Excellent time management, and organizational skills;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level (reading, verbal and written);
  • Experience in working in short, interactive development cycles, and have a great passion for working in agile development process environments;
  • Good track record of being a fast learner, solutions-oriented, and able to work within agreed upon timelines;
  • Experience in working with business KPI / OKRs, providing reports to businesses;
  • Willing and able to travel to other offices (Canada, USA and Vietnam).

Bonus Points if You
  • Experience in cybersecurity and fraud detection;
  • Excellent technical knowledge and experience in programming are a plus.
