Are you interested in geolocation security? Do you think you are a confident MacOS and Windows user?
As a Middle C++ Engineer, you will work under the close supervision of senior engineers as well as work closely with the QA team and project stakeholders. You will be responsible for producing clean and testable C++ code that follows conventional C++ standards.
What You Will Be Doing
- Contribute to overall system stability by addressing reported issues from QA and end-users;
- Participate in feature delivery including analysis, technical design, estimation and development;
- R&D activities aimed to define the potential risks associated with new OS releases, Antivirus updates, etc;
- Improve project codebase by refactoring outdated solutions;
- Work with C++ 17 standard and higher.
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role;
- Experience in developing on desktop platforms, Apple and Microsoft using system API or, at least, one of the mentioned OS;
- Experience in building cross-platform applications for desktop;
- Experience in creating and debugging and optimization of multi-threaded applications;
- Experience with Bash or Python scripting is an asset;
- Experience with using professional software development such as Jira and Git;
- Knowledge of OOP, OOD, and TDD;
- Experience with boost, beast, gtest, gMock, OpenSSL;
- Results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines consistently;
- Work under minimal direction;
- Good written and spoken technical English.
Bonus Points if You
- Have an experience with security frameworks;
- Have knowledge of JavaScript.
