Product Designer

Hi there. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team in Krakow.

We're powering a leading American e-commerce platform specializing in innovative beauty brands. Proofs? 400,000 sessions daily and more than 2,000,000 registered users :)

We are growing and seeking a talented individual to join our Polish team as a Product Designer. This critical role involves working closely with the Business Department to design all aspects of the user-facing part of our projects. Your work will directly impact how we meet our business goals and continuously enhance our performance, making you a key player in driving the success and growth of our e-commerce platform.

Your role will involve designing new elements and continuously optimizing the entire store's design, focusing on:

• UX Design: Ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• UI Design: Creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Communication Design: Crafting effective ways to display and communicate specific messages to users, such as privacy policies, promotional banners, and compliance notifications.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of combined experience in UX/UI and product design
• Minimum 2 years of experience in designing e-commerce portals
• English: C1
• Experience with utilizing accessibility requirements in UX/UI design
• Business-oriented approach to design - you can put the business goals ahead of personal design preferences
• You focused on creating user-friendly and practical interfaces
• Proactivity: you will be recommending 90% of design solutions

Working Hours: Our standard working hours range from 10 AM to 6 PM, but we also offer some flexibility.
