Data Analyst

Hi there. We are looking for an E-commerce Data Analyst to join our team.

The project is an American leading e-commerce platform specializing in innovative beauty brands, with 400,000 sessions daily and over 2,000,000 registered users.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and weekly analyses of site and customer behavior.
• Collaborate with the business development team to convert insights into strategies for enhancing sales performance and customer engagement.
• Conduct studies to help the team understand customer preferences, product performance, and overall customer experience.
• Monitor key pages and the purchase funnel after updates to ensure quick resolution of any issues.

Must-have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis of web applications and portals.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis of e-commerce stores.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, Fullstory, and Hotjar.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and data organization skills.
• Proactive approach to work
• Minimum B2 level in English.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in data analysis of high-traffic websites.
• Experience with Snowflake.
• Ability to work in late hours (evening)

Working Hours: Our standard working hours range from 10 AM to 6 PM, but we also offer some flexibility.
