Helpdesk Specialist
Location: Gdansk

Job Description:

  • Hardware configuration for new hires Mac OS and Windows
  • Managing a Windows Server environment
  • User account maintenance
  • Providing everyday user support to our teams
  • Software deployment
  • Keeping hardware and software registered
  • Handling ad hoc technical issues

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ work experience in IT helpdesk environment
  • Very good knowledge of MS Windows 7, 8, 10 and Mac OS
  • Practical knowledge of Active Directory, MS Exchange and MS Windows Server 2012/2012R2
  • The ability to use knowledge bases and tools with technical acumen
  • Technical English language proficiency
  • Experience in network management
  • Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries
  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills
