Future Mind is recruiting a Scrum Master to join our team in Warsaw. We are looking for an independent and reliable professional, an expert in the field with theoretical and practical knowledge of Scrum and Agile, a great communicator and a thoughtful leader, ready to work with our software development teams on some key projects, with the ability to meet business requirements and oversee the delivery of a high-quality service to our clients.
You are a great candidate for this position if you have:
- minimum of 3 years of experience in working software development teams, implementing Scrum,
- practical knowledge of various project management methodologies and their advantages and disadvantages,
- great communication, leadership and knowledge sharing skills, Client focus and the ability to communicate business requirements to the team,
- the ability to motivate software development teams and facilitate their work,
- self-reliance and discipline in completing tasks with high attention to detail,
- PSM 1 or PSM 2 certificate completed with a top grade,
- very good command of English,
- knowledge of Polish at a native level.
