Job description
The Future Mind team is looking for a self-reliant Android Developer to join us in Warsaw, Tychy, or remotely.
If you are an experienced, reliable software engineer, ready to join a team of more than 20 mobile developers, lead project teams, and develop great software products for clients such as Żabka, HEBE, Reserved (LPP), Morizon, Livespace, Packhelp, and many others, take part in our remote hiring process.
In March 2021, for the third time in a row, we received a Mobile Trends Award, for delivering the best mCommerce application in Poland. Our software engineers work on projects ranging from IoT experiments with large retail corporations to promising VR startups. Our tech stack includes mostly native mobile technologies, Python, Node.js, React, and Angular.

This job is all about:
- creating high-quality mobile applications for outstanding local and global brands,
- designing and establishing communication with server data sources,
- creating user interfaces based on mock-ups prepared by UI/UX experts,
- testing the effects of your work and reviewing the work of your team,
- taking part in preparing relevant project documentation,
- assuming responsibility for the technical side of your projects.
We are looking for candidates with:
- at least 3+ years of commercial experience in developing Android applications,
- solid knowledge of Kotlin, the patterns and good practices related to developing apps for this platform,
- English at a level that will allow you to communicate with clients and peers and read specs,
- good communication skills — we want you to interact with the people you work with, help them do a better job,
- attention to details, be consistent and accurate,
- creativity — good ideas and constructive remarks are always welcome!
