Requirements:

• A Master’s degree or doctorate in a relevant field (Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science).
• 3 years of practical experience applying statistics and machine learning to solve real-world problems.
• At least 2 years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer.
• Experience with Generative AI.
• Experience integrating Machine Learning solutions into production-grade software and a strong understanding of ModelOps and MLOps principles.
• Proficient Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, with a preference for AWS.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of the Unity platform.
• Experience in building mobile applications.
• Familiarity with multiplayer game deployments is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in decision-making processes to set new AI features for our new game.
• Collaborate with engineers and the design team to deliver cross-functional initiatives for our new products.
• Support development and design teams by automating their work through the use of AI/ML algorithms.
• Build and lead an AI team within the company.
