Job description

The role holder is responsible for achieving the high level of quality and integrity of developed ServiceNow modules by conducting tests and evaluations.

 Key Accountabilities:

  • Qualification & Test: Evaluates, qualifies and tests complex products / solutions according to internal test specifications and processes
  • Documentation: Provides detailed technical documentation of test results in line with requirements and enhances documentation.
  • Lifecycle: Supports lifecycle of complex modules and products
  • Supplier / Vendor Management & Communication: Acts as an interface to vendor and supplier in own area of responsibility, during product life cycle, including clarification with internal development.
  • Technical Expertise: Maintains high level of product and solution knowledge.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Acts as a technical senior consultant for Service/Professional Service and advices 3rd Level support.
  • Process Improvement:  Improves test specifications and process descriptions.
  • QA Test Architecture Development/Design: Designs, develops, implements test scenarios
  • ServiceNow knowledge (mainly ITSM) is preferable
  • Programming language knowledge (e.g. JavaScript, Java, .NET) is a must
  • REST and SOAP API knowledge is a must

  • Creation of new test specifications and knowledge sharing documents

  • Independently making analysis and creating proposals/solutions in terms of wide QA area

Salary: 9700 - 18500 PLN gross
