ServiceNow Solutions Architect 

The ServiceNow Practice Central Europe (CE) is responsible for all ServiceNow customer activities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland within the Fujitsu Group. As part of the global ServiceNow Practice, we work closely with the teams in Europe. And as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect and part of that team, you will provide support to our sales team in CE and work as part of the bids. Furthermore, you will be actively participating in the transformation from the current customer mode of operations to the future mode of operations by realizing the solution sold.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support sales in the bidding process and in responding to tenders
  • Evaluate and qualify customer requests in relation to the Fujitsu ServiceNow strategy
  • Evaluate and analyze new functions and recommendations
  • Consult bid teams and customers in terms of ServiceNow best practices
  • Translate the requirements from functional to technical requirements
  • Design and develop solutions specifically tailored to ServiceNow best practices and standards of Fujitsu
  • Develop and design interfaces between external and internal systems
  • Conduct workshops and training for customers, technical presales teams and internal employees

Qualifications

  •  Successful studies with a focus on computer science/technology/business information studies
  • At least three years of experience as a presales consultant or solutions architect in the ServiceNow environment or other leading Enterprise Service Management solutions
  • Flexible, communicative, friendly with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work using the agile methodology
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to take responsibility in tender situations
  • A high degree of willingness to learn, continuously improve skills and to familiarize oneself with a wide range of topics related to the ServiceNow products
  • English language skills in speaking and writing. German language skills will be an asset.
