We are seeking a talented Solution Architect to join our UK DX sales team. The business focuses on solving our customers challenges with emerging and disruptive technology solutions such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Blockchain. Your role will be to support our team of Sales Specialists identify, solutionize and close opportunities for Fujitsu’s AI computer vision and Blockchain portfolio, whilst supporting early delivery of projects with our Project Manager and capability teams.
You will be responsible for understanding the customers’ business issues to help define the strategic tactical approach in delivering services and solutions. Take responsibility to coordinate internal teams and appropriate partners to shape the approach and provide management to achieve value to the customer. Focus on driving out the propositions, messaging, sector solutioning and outcome generation for DX initiatives primarily in Retail & Hospitality and Manufacturing & Utilities.
The exciting work you would be involved in includes:
- Translating the strategic vision into a set of architectures and technologies that can be implemented to drive customer benefit.
- Providing pro-active thought leadership to the customers teams to guide and shape their approach and outcomes
- Key focus point to drive standards and customer input with the proposition squad and to lead and promote the use of value propositions
- Ensure alignment across the Service Lines for effective propositions and delivery
- Support key development effort, in building pipeline, promoting investments (technology stack: echnologies: React, Redux, single-spa, webpack, Java, Spring, Terraform, SCDF, JsonSchema, Azure, AI: Python, image recognition, 3D analysis (point clouds))
Develops and shares original thinking on significant areas of DX and future direction to influence the division’s business strategy
Your experience
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in: :
- You will have industry knowledge and presales/engagement lead in style to work from customers back to technology – advisory style
- Facilitating discussions with customers to understand business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- You will be experienced in creating and engaging propositions around data, cloud, AI and/or Blockchain
- You will have a track record of transforming customers to new ways of working and proven beneficial business outcomes
- Have an Enterprise Architecture background in order to shape portfolio direction and outcomes – provide clarity to supporting Service Lines
- You will have excellent communication and presentation skills, be comfortable communicating at all levels in the business
- Excellent team work skills working with SME’s, customers and consultants in a co-creation project

- Experience & passion for emerging or disruptive technology - such as Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain
- Commercialising ideas - take concepts, products and offerings and translate them into compelling propositions that customers want
- Accountability to drive delivery forward to success – work with team to ensure we see these concepts, products and offering through into service delivering value to our customers
- Previously engaged outside of IT – this will be with the business rather IT side of our customers organizations
