    Your responsibilities


    • performing 1st support line diagnosis and resolution of technical problems,
    • forwarding requests to other departments if no other solution is possible,
    • ensuring the quality of communication,
    • registering and analyzing reports,
    • suggesting improvements and optimizations.


    Our requirements


    • fluency in Slovak and communicative English (at least B2).
    • high-level communication skills,
    • basic computer user knowledge (e.g. Microsoft Office, PCs hardware construction)
    • team-oriented attitude.


    Optional

    • knowledge of MS Windows 8/8.1/10. and MS Office 2013/2016/2019 package
    • Educational background as an information technology
