Job description
About the job:
As a M365 Engineer you will join team of engineers supporting multiple customers. You will be providing responsive, professional, and competent technical support and maintenance for the enterprise messaging environment based on a variety of products, such as M365 and Azure components and On-Premise software. It is a chance to work on the most up-to-date technologies and develop yourself further in Remote Infrastructure Department.
Responsibilities :
- O365 Platform management (Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Yammer)
- Azure AD management (SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Azure AD Connector), group management, group policies management
- Exchange On Premise management (EX2013, EX2016, EX2019)
- PowerShell scripting
- E-Discovery Search, Hold & Export (including case management)
- Advising on PowerApps/Power Platform
- Resolving existing issues with SLA agreements
- Following established procedures, recommending improvements, and resolving enquiries, incidents or problems
Our Requirements:
- General knowledge or experience supporting Microsoft Exchange Servers
- Must be able to understand scripts (PowerShell)
- Verbal and written English on communicative level (at least B2)
- Knowledge and experience of core functionality for client applications (Outlook, Teams, One Drive, Yammer, SharePoint)
- Knowledge of MS Intune will be an asset
- Strong Customer Relationship – able to establish quick working relationships with customer
- Drive and determination for technologies and services
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on business requirements.
- Excellent approach to Business Model and working under SLA Requirements
- Awareness of ITIL best practices and ITSM Tool(s) will be an asset
