We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to identify, design and deliver complex architectures, strategies and specific solutions. You will join a friendly team where you will be involved in creating the overall solution architecture and documentation, ensuring that the solution is technologically sound and adheres to current best practice guidelines. You will be responsible for the technical solutions in proof of concept and business approval meetings and will identify the right technology solution for customers and bet he trusted advisor to all levels, helping the customer to clearly articulate the specific problems they are facing.

About you:

You will have in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform with a demonstrable understanding of Service Management concepts and principles together with experience of working with quality control and testing standards along with:

  • ServiceNow Certified Administrator
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
  • Investigation and analysis of problems with a methodical and disciplined approach
  • Proactive customer support and problem resolution
  • Ability to devise creative technical solutions, to research alternative solutions and make recommendations
  • Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex technical problems
