We are looking for an experienced OpenShift Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in on-premise environments, Kubernetes, and OpenShift technologies. They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining OpenShift clusters on-premise. They will also be responsible for ensuring the availability, scalability, and security of the OpenShift platform.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the operational health of systems 24/7.
• Respond to and resolve incidents within the stipulated SLA.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and fix issues.
• Ensure high availability and performance of systems.
• Document incidents and resolutions for future reference.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
• Continuously improve operational processes and procedures.

Required Skills:

• Experience with Openshift, RHEL, and on-premise environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python.
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment.
