IT Hotline Operator

For our IT Department at our plant in Bydgoszcz we are looking for a IT Hotline Operator who starts at the earliest possible date 

Your tasks: We make the difference together

• providing first level technical support to customers and employees via phone, ITSM ticket system and chat
• troubleshooting and resolving common IT issues such as password resets, software installation, hardware issue, etc.
• escalating complex or urgent cases to second level support or external vendors
• documenting and updating customer records and tickets in the IT service management system
• following up with customers and ensure their satisfaction and feedback

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

• You have a very good knowledge of  German, Polish and English
• one year of experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in an IT environment
• basic knowledge of IT tools like Microsoft Office
• ability to diagnose and solve technical problems using logical thinking and troubleshooting tools
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented and professional attitude
• You are available to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• high school diploma or equivalent, IT certification is a plus
