IT Hotline Operator
For our IT Department at our plant in Bydgoszcz we are looking for a IT Hotline Operator who starts at the earliest possible date
Your tasks: We make the difference together
- providing first level technical support to customers and employees via phone, ITSM ticket system and chat
- troubleshooting and resolving common IT issues such as password resets, software installation, hardware issue, etc.
- escalating complex or urgent cases to second level support or external vendors
- documenting and updating customer records and tickets in the IT service management system
- following up with customers and ensure their satisfaction and feedback
Your profile: We like what makes you stand out
- You have a very good knowledge of German, Polish and English
- one year of experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in an IT environment
- basic knowledge of IT tools like Microsoft Office
- ability to diagnose and solve technical problems using logical thinking and troubleshooting tools
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented and professional attitude
- You are available to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- high school diploma or equivalent, IT certification is a plus
