Liki is a place where amazing people (like you) can learn and do their best work. Now we're looking for a Fullstack Team Leader, someone who will be a mentor for a couple of teams and will play a major role in recruiting.

As our Fullstack Team Leader, you’ll get to:
- work with the team of professionals and supervise projects
- have the possibility to grow the team on your terms
- grow in a result-driven (but nevertheless fun) environment
- develop creative, real-life solutions for a wide range of industries
- have a major impact on the development of the company and the Cracow branch
- co- create our YT channel
You’re definitely a match if you:
- have 6 years of proven experience in Front-end development
- have a deep understanding of at least one of the following: React, Angular 2+ or Vue
- have a good knowledge of NodeJS
- have a solid understanding of TypeScript and pure JavaScript
- are keen to experiment with canvas like libs: pixi.js, three.js, 8th wall
- have a good knowledge of server-side development
- have ability to cooperate with the business, knowing how to tackle business and technical aspects so that they work together
- know the newest trends in software development
- have experience in leading or mentoring the team
- are familiar with repository based on Gitflow
- know how to perform an API integration
- are keen on external libraries and services
- have an affinity with ES6, Webpack, CSS/SASS
- are skilled in writing tests
- have a good command of English enabling smooth communication
- have a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to work

What will happen next?

- Phone screening - If we think that you make a good fit with the role and the team, you will be invited for a short 30-minute telephone call with our recruiter to get to know each other better
- Challenge (optional) - For some positions, tech or creative tasks are in place. Afterwards, you will receive our feedback and, if successful, an invitation to meet the team leader.
- Meeting with our CTO and a team member - This time you will have a talk when you can learn more about the position and projects.
- Final interview with COO - The last stage of the process is an interview with our COO, where you can specify the details of cooperation
