Job description

We’re looking for an experienced CRO Manager to join a Polish-American team responsible for the website of a Silicon Valley Unicorn. Candidates must be UX enthusiasts, with a proven ability to maximize user engagement and site effectiveness. This is a high-visibility position, ultimately responsible for the CRO program of the company’s primary website.

What’s in it for you?
  • Owning the program! Enjoy making a real impact on the effectiveness of a highly-trafficked website (think of all the tests you could run with half a million sessions per month),
  • Working hand-in-hand with a well-known Silicon Valley start-up,
  • A competitive salary range, commensurate with experience: 10-16k PLN netto + VAT B2B (full-time employment negotiable),
  • Two comfortable offices to choose from in Bielsko-Biała or Kraków,
  • A relaxed work environment and flat company structure,
  • Paid training, personal development and employee integration,
  • Working with a dynamic, international team.

Responsibilities:
  • Optimizing conversion of all critical pages,
  • Ideation and specification of new AB tests,
  • Completing user flow analyses and identifying optimization opportunities,
  • Information architecture optimization,
  • Ongoing analysis and reporting of KPIs and CRO program effectiveness,
  • Managing AB testing tools,
  • Direct cooperation with developers.

Requirements:
  • CRO experience, with proven AB testing track record,
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in UX-related positions,
  • Direct experience optimizing responsive B2B marketing websites,
  • Google Analytics skills,
  • A proven esthetic sense for Web UX,
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and creativity in identifying testing opportunities through data analysis,
  • Professional English language skills - both written and verbal,
  • Availability to work in afternoon.

Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience using Google Optimize, Optimizely, and Heap Analytics,
  • Experience using Treejack and other remote user testing tools and techniques,
  • Ability to mockup new tests via wireframes or simple designs in Sketch or Photoshop.
