O365 Engineer

As Engineer O365, you will be providing day-to-day tird-line support for Office 365 applications, solving complex problems and technical issues across a wide range of technologies.

If you work with us from other cities than Wroclaw, we meet 1-2 times a month in the Wroclaw office.

Your daily tasks:

• Provide overall Office 365 security expertise, including strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Azure Information Protection, Information Rights Management, single sign-on and multi-factor authentication and related technologies (including Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security)
• Drive Office 365 security adoption and lead technical effort to enable Azure Information Protection
• Manage email security solutions and maintain email rules and filtering
• Stay current with all things Office 365, including changes & updates, roadmap & releases, third-party solutions and participate in ongoing O365 security discussions
• Document system configurations, standards and procedure
• Lead or assist in investigations of security incidents
• Contribute to multiple aspects of our information security program, helping us establish foundational controls across the environment
• Monitoring the day-to-day cybersecurity posture of our organization

Your profile:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Office
• Experience with Microsoft Purview (Data Classification, Data Loss Prevention, Insider Risk Management)
• Broad knowledge of Microsoft technologies and products, with specialization in one or more of the following: PowerShell, Office365, Exchange Online, Windows Server / Microsoft Deployments
• Experience in providing 3rd line support for users, knowledge of mail clients on all Operating systems (desktop and mobile)
• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required
• Excellent IT and communication skills
• Leadership and management skills as an advantage
• 5+ years of experience in IT in Office 365 (Exchange Online, Skype for Business, Teams, Intune, CA, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Cloud Solutions design and operations
• Experience working with users in large, geographically dispersed environments
• Business fluent in English
