Frends is growing, and we are now strengthening our Frends Poland team. As a result, we´re looking for a new Technical Project Manager!

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and budgeting integration projects and evaluating projects from start to finish. With your expertise, you will lead the implementation of projects, stay up-to-date on their requirements and content, anticipate changing conditions, and smoothly bring projects into production.

We work with a wide range of customers in different industries with different business processes. By browsing our references, you can familiarize yourself with our customers.

The job requires self-direction, good problem-solving and communication skills, as well as technical expertise and understanding. You are a committed and responsible individual.

🧐 What we expect

• +4 years of experience in project management in software development or integration projects 
• strong technical know-how and curiosity toward technical solutions (understanding of integration technology is an advantage)
• business & customer-centric thinking
• experience in working with various stakeholders (eg, business, development teams, sales, customers, third parties, and end users)
• ready to work also with smaller projects
• as a person: self-directed, good problem-solving and social skills, committed and responsible, enjoying the low hierarchy culture, and most importantly, have an enthusiastic attitude, which itself will raise our good team spirit
• professional written and spoken English
• technical design skill is an advantage
